Your first time is FREE (then it’s € 10 per session, friend discount available).
Irene Anggreeni, MA, licensed dance therapist & wellbeing coach, facilitates the session. As a Phd in design engineering and ex-software developer (knowledge migrant), she knows first hand the debilitating effect of living mostly in the head, and has found a remedy through dance to start living more fully.
This session is an initiative of The Expat Wellbeing Project that she founded, to help expats commit to their wellbeing and thrive!
