WHY THIS COFFEE TALK
As a mental health professional and experience-expert, I’ve observed many of these questions are blocking people from moving forward to create their own happy & healthy lives.
I’m aware your energy and mental space may be a scarce resource as you’re facing up your challenge. And you just want your questions answered by someone who’s both been there and can address your issue professionally.
Through my work at Expat Wellbeing | Corporate Wellness, I’ve built connections with other professionals with various wellbeing expertise. My interest is in helping you create your very own wellbeing strategy and connect you with the right person(s), whether or not you work with me, without you having to go through everything by yourself.
Irene Anggreeni, PhD, MDaT is the founding therapist, trainer & consultant at Expat Wellbeing | Corporate Wellness.
