Hi, I’m Irene Anggreeni, a global citizen from Indonesia.
Authentic human-to-human connecting is what drives me, and it colours everything I do. Having lived in both east and west cultures – and travelled the spaces in between – I love combining my analytical and intuitive minds.
My mission is to create wellbeing wherever it’s needed and to break taboos on mental health.
I believe we collectively grow as humanity when each person can truly live, and each individual’s wellbeing is the foundation for that.
I have overcome culture shock, existential crisis, and depression during my ex-pat journey. As a licensed creative arts therapist, wellbeing coach and consultant, I can help you.
My approach is creative, embodied (not just talk), and experience-based.
I combine practical knowledge on body psychotherapy and behaviour/mindset change so that you can develop and apply your life skills successfully.
Expat Wellbeing won Operation Launch 2018 at the Cambridge Innovation Centre in Rotterdam.
I also work with companies to prevent burnouts and (mental) ill health before they happen. Having fixed thousands of software bugs and design reworks, I value prevention way over cure!

Having personally been going through CBT and EMDR therapy, this was my first experience of physical, embodied movement therapy. Simple, beautiful, gentle exercises produced deep shifts and movement of emotions up and out of me.
Through this individual coaching, I’ve grown more mindful and balanced.
I experience it liberating to talk about things in life that bother me within a group and combine it with movement to express these feelings. It has definitely helped me to be more verbal and to reflect on my movement too.
