A: Like my martial arts hero Bruce Lee, I’d say I use no style. In my sessions, don’t expect me to teach you steps or choreography. I’d rather facilitate you to dance your own dance from the inside out. That is, giving physical expression to your inner reflection. If you’re not familiar with your own feelings or perhaps you don’t know where to start, don’t worry. That’s my job as your therapist to guide you in the process and give you the tools you need.
