THEME: Connecting & Sharing
Through experiential tools based on mindfulness & dance therapy, you’ll learn how to connect with yourself and feel grounded. From this state of being, you’ll experience how connecting & sharing with others becomes more relaxed and easier. Other participants will be your companion on the journey. You’ll take home self-insight, a new perspective and direction to what makes a true connection.
