Are you dealing with loneliness, culture shock, anxiety, (adaptation) stress? Join us for a 12-week program that has your mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing covered! Non-expats are welcome. Dutch supplementary insurance and other financing possibilities.
We’re not only going to talk, but also experience theme-based exercises with our body, mind and emotion. THEMES we address are among others: self-awareness, a sense of connection & belonging, stress and boundaries, trauma (and how to heal through our body), giving & receiving support, non-judging (vs self-criticism), and other themes connected to participants’ personal goals.
